Renewed Gold membership but my status says Registered User now?

Hi all (and most importantly Spark),

I renewed my gold membership via Paypal on May 29 and as of June 1 my status is now listed as Registered User. When I try to upgrade my status it says there are no other groups for me to join. Spark, if you're out there please hook me up - it's been a week. :) Here's my info:

Yes I know that, but it's been 10 days so far - a bit long if you ask me no? Love the site and I have no doubt the man is busy but I have paid for a service here. I don't think I'm being unreasonable at all to ask what's up. If any one of us had paid for a knife on the exchange and then not heard anything back from the seller I'm sure there would be questions and concerns as well. This really isn't any different in principal. Not bad mouthing anyone or anything, just looking for resolution. Thanks.
