Renewed Knifemaker membership, but...

Still showing as a registered user. What do I do to turn the Knifemaker status on under my name?

You have to update your usergroup to show your paid membership. To do this click settings (top right) the on the left click permission groups

I have the same problem with a Gold membership renewal via Paypal dated 12/22. I click "Setting" with no problem but nowhere on the left do I see anything about "permission groups".

Thanks, I got it. Permission groups is on the left side of the page, about halfway down. Hope this helps.

Start your own thread.
Include your transaction number in the first post.
This will help Spark locate and investigate on his end.
Given the holidays, and possibly your method of payment might have something to do with a delay.
