Still seeing ads after I renewed my membership. How long does it usually take?

Now the Gold banner is missing.

Did you renew just before it expired (you were Gold when I posted), and now it’s expired (you’re now showing as registered)?

That would explain you seeing ads. Once renewed it’s almost instantly, I’ve never had a delay.

If still nothing shows, you can always tag Spark and also post your PayPal transaction number along with the tagging.

I’d post the screenshot of the transaction which went through 4 hours ago, but I’m not doing the imgur thing. Spark Spark
 
Bump. Paid on Tuesday, still no gold banner and I’m still seeing ads.
 
Spark Spark was online yesterday, can any moderators tell me why my paid membership isn’t active yet? The payment went through immediately, and it’s been two days.
 
Seems that paying as a guest is a recurrent theme in these threads. If I see the shipping charge when I try to renew, I'm not going to bother. I can wait for this to be resolved.
