Renewed my Gold, still can't post 4 Sale, WTF?

How did you pay?

PayPal. I did not realize there was a $5 extra surcharge until after I paid, tried to undo it, but no luck. So now I've paid extra $5 and no ability to list items for sale.

It can take up to 72 hours for your account to be become active if you pay with Paypal.
