Renewewed my Gold subscription but now my name is blue and I don't have access to...

Change my permission group. There isn't an option in settings to change my permission group... Also, Other members can't send me PM. Everything was fine yesterday. Please see the original thread I posted a couple days ago:

I am pretty sure my original gold membership hadn't even expired yet...

Most annoyingly, I see advertisements again! Please advise.

The interesting thing is that my gold membership wasn't supposed to expire until June (I think). Hopefully this will be rectified shortly.
