Rental/Exchange program help needed

I am a sharpener and have been getting calls to start a rental/exchange program with some area restaurants. I am looking for some help with setting up a good program. I need help with the contract part of the business. I want make sure I have my company and employee's covered. Any help is appreciated.

some where on the net they have the contracks already written up. you just have to buy them. they spill out all of the tearms of the deal for that type of work.
