Reading the post "need a help with 110 AG",put the bug into my head.Because my Damascus 110 ,purchased recently,I got a kind of similar problem. It does not operating smoothly.Top of that on the tang, close to the Buck stamp, small part of the blade, the layer is splitted,(looks like a small air buble). So my question is.Can this problems being fixed under warranty?I dont have a paperwork with the knife. If is goes off warranty, how can I pay for the repair, for return postage,so on,and so on?
Any help would be geat!
Cheers now!

Buck knifes, as long as they are not altered in some way, never go "off warranty"; they are guaranteed for life, although that warranty most likely will not cover severe abuse on the part of the user. You do not need any paperwork; just return the knife to the factory. You will most likely get a quicker turn around time, if you address the knife to the attention of Joe Houser. If it is indeed a factory defect, there will be no cost to you and that includes return postage, although I'm not sure how all of that works when you are out of the continental United States. Your best recourse is to email your concerns to Joe Houser and he will certainly take good care of you. Good luck!!

howdy once again !!!
what i would do is = get some darn good close ups of what you feel is the issue.
email them to Joe... to get his thoughts on it...
buck may replace the blade with a custom steel ...
but they may not have any damascus at this time
i dont know ... but then what do i know!
Jow will do what he can i am sure...
and remember nothing happens over nite !
that is why doctors say take two asprain and call tomarow!

Thanks for the advice! So I'll try to get a nice close up with the mentioned part, and contact this gentleman named Joe Houser. Can you provide his E-mail account?
