Repairing Grandpa's Pocket Knife

I recently acquired my grandfather's small, well-used, two-blade pocket knife. It has an anvil badge on the handle. The bolsters are loose, it could use a good cleaning, and it needs to be carefully sharpened. However, I do not want it to look new or destroy the patina. I just want it restored to good working order so I can pass it along to one of my nephews as a small reminder of their great grandfather...and perhaps last until they can pass it along to another generation. Obviously, this knife's value is more sentimental than financial.

Is their anyone that you forum members would recommend for this kind of work? Thank you in advance for your input.
