Replace my ZT350 EDC by what?

Hi,

I've been carrying a ZT350 for a while now, and although I'm happy with it in term of how tough it is (it was the reason why I upgraded from a Swiss Army knife to a ZT) I find it not really useful in the bush (wood cutting for example). So I guess I would need a different blade, something with a thinner profile to be able to cut branches and make sharp tips, but I would really like to have something "solid" (tough). Maybe something as tough as the ZT350 is not possible, but something as tough as possible...

Thanks for your feedback :)

Just thought I would add some details:

I would prefer to be able to open it easily one handed with gloves.
The blade does not have to be black.

Strider SMF comes to mind or an SNG a bit smaller. If you want to stick with the ZT line look in to the 0560. or a nice fixed blade I really like my small workhorse by blind horse knives nice hand made fixed blade and very affordable for what you get. As for a Strider ive beat the crap out of SMF as my work EDC for my construction job with now issues at all the new gen lock up is solid with no issues.

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm happy with ZT so yes I could stay with them, but I fail to see how the 0560 blade would be any better at cutting wood (making sharp tips) than the 0350? I've also checked youtube videos comparing those two and didn't see much difference...

I do like the Strider recommendations but unfortunatly they are a bit out of my budget!

Thanks a lot!

Spyderco superleaf may be a decent choice for you, it has a nice thick blade stock but has a FFG blade so it will be a great slicer.
