Replacement birthcard

I just bought a TNK tanto 21 off the exchange and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. It is coming without a birthcard however. Obviously, being a TNK exclusive tanto, I am not worried about it being fake. However I would like to have a birthcard for it, if possible. If I send it in for spa treatment can they replace the birthcard?
As well the handles are marked b10, so that would mean it is s30v not s35vn, correct? Since from what I can find they switched in 2011.

It most likely has a S30V blade. The scales only tell you when the scales were made, not the knife. To verify the blade steel, take it apart and look at the blade in the washer area. S30V will be marked S, S35VN will be marked V. I have never asked for a replacement card, so I don't know exactly what you get.

CRK will issue a replacement birthcard upon request. I believe they mark the card to note it is a replacement card.

Hmmm... So now the question is, whether or not I will want to send it off for a month long spa treatment once I have it... Or whether it will want to leave my pocket...

I received a knife from an authorized dealer that was missing the card. I contacted the dealer to see if they had the card as maybe it got misplaced while the knife was being photoed. They ordered me a replacement from CRK, but since the knives do not have serial numbers, they couldn't put the date of birth on the card. If I remember, and if I can find it, I will post a photo of the replacement card this evening.

Thanks for posting the photo of the card. I never was sure what they would send since the original birthdate was unknown.
