Replacement cabochon?

I have a unique graphic 31 with a opal cabochon, but I think it would look better with a hematite one. Do any of you know if CRK will switch them out? I searched for this topic but couldn’t find anything...

You’ll have to call them to find out. They’ll replace the same in kind, but don’t know about a different change out. They may not.
