My EDC was a Gerber 3.25 SLC with a fine edge blade (no serriations). I really liked that knife. Unfortunately I have lost it and I am looking for something to replace it with. I am a novice when it comes to knives and not familiar with all of the knives out there. I am looking at an Avalanche or Leek from Kershaw and the Mini-Griptilian from Benchmade. What other knives should I be looking at, from Kershaw, Benchmade, Gerber, Spyderco, Buck, CRKT and Camillus, etc.? I am looking for someting with a 3"-3.5" non serrated blade, pocket clip, and very slim and light. I would not mind trying an assisted opening knife, but that is not an absolute necessity. I would apprecitate any comments and opinions. Thanks.
