Replacement for mini tuff lite series?

I heard it is being discontinued, is there a replacement of some kind in the works that will fill this niche of little big knives?

I don't know any small locking folder in CS line that has a full 4 finger grip on it. I really liked the finger choil on the mini tuff lite which gives it the small handle but full girp. Not to mention it gives it a bit of a safety feature from the folder closing in on you.

However, it is mainly the ergos and light weight that attracted me towards this knife. The micro series of knives simply do not have this. Is there anything in the works? Maybe a redone mini tuff lite in thin handles like g10 or aluminum ala code 4? Or hell maybe just a smaller code 4?

Where have you heard about discontinuation? Love my Mini. If it were to be disco'd I'd just buy a couple more , you know, to have on hand :)

You'd better do that.

1) It's not in the current catalog.

2) Cutlery Shoppe (granted, not a BF dealer) lists it as discontinued with little remaining stock.

3) The Special Projects website lists the Mini twice: once with the other models, and the plain version by itself for the same price, which is certainly odd.
