I have a vapor as a everyday user , Would the delta z Osprey be a good replacement for the vapor ? I wanna give the vapor away when I get the Ospreys due in this week I hope.

i handled the vapor last night, nice knife... too bad i coulnt buy it... delta z's are supposed to be pretty nice

I don't know anything about this Osprey. I have to ask, why do you want to replace the Vapor? I have a brand new one and (after I put a respectable edge on it, that is) it is a great knife. For *twenty bucks* I couldn't beat that deal. If it gets lost or broken or just plain smegma'd or worn out, I won't care. In fact, in a week or so I'll probably be getting myself two backups. Three decent-to-good knives for $60?? That's amazing. And I finally have an EDC that I don't care if I actually have to *use*!

Unless money is really a factor, I think you should just get the person to whom you were gonna give the Vapor to a new one, keep yours, and get the Osprey *too*. Why not? Besides, unless you are attaching a sentimental gift value to the Vapor you're giving away, the recipient would probably prefer a brand new knife.

I'm with Peaceful Jeffrey on this one. Get your friend a new Vapor unless there's a sentimental reason for the gift. You'll miss it, otherwise.
