Ok, long story short I decided to make a one of my G10 delicas "jean frendly" if you will. I started by sanding down the G10 and makeing it smooth; easy enough, looked realy nice. But than I got over confident and decided to etch a dimond pattern on the sections not comeing in contact with my jeans "like on a gun handle". It started good, and looked realy cool. And then I screwed up one line and the rest fallowed. So now I am looking for some replacement handle scales. And I thought sombody must make them, just didnt know who. Help me out.

Your best bet would be to have someone make you a new set of handle scales. Try asking around over in STR's forum here or maybe contact Brad Southard (not sure if he still does that stuff for folks).

Yeah, get in touch with STR. He does great work, and can make your Delica into a whole new favorite knife, just by putting on some nice scales in the material of your choice.

I have a G11 handled Delica that a friend did for me. It lives in my truck. I really like it. I only keep it, because a good friend did the handles for me.

Make your own. A friend of mine made complete translucent G10 "frame" for his pink delica. Scale's should be simple enough to make with simple hand tools. G10/11 is available on ebay as well as various knife supply places in blocks the perfect size/thickness for knife scale's.
