Replacement hardware for Kizer T1

I stripped some pivot hardware (and possibly a screw or two) on my Kizer T1 folder. I can get them from Kizer, but it will take at least 5 weeks. Knifecenter couldn't help. (I didnt purchase the T1 from them but offered to pay them for the hardware.) Any idea on where I can buy some replacement screws and pivot hardware?
