Replacement knife blade for PowerLock

Anyone else have problems ordering a replacement blade from the SOG website? I love my PoweLock but cannot stand the chisel ground/half serrated blade the PowerLock comes with out of the box.

*I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago now and nothing...
*I received an email from a customer service rep 6 days after placing my order.
*I replied to that rep asking when I could expect delivery - I never got a reply.
*I decided to call SOG and that same rep told me that the blade was going to be sent out that very day.

It has now been another week since last communication, no knife, no shipping information, no email from Jose at SOG.
 
The email doesn't seems to work so well there. I never received an answer until Chris was involved. So you might want to wait until he is back on the forum but it seems that he is gone for a while. But it just seems like they have a problem with answering mails. Maybe they have too much mails everyday to handle?
 
Please let me know who you talked to. The replacement blade should have gone out the day after you ordered it. I will take to them and see what the issue is.

OK, I called back again today and was told it was sent USPS last week so I should see it sometime this week. I will post here to let all know how it turns out.
