Anyone else have problems ordering a replacement blade from the SOG website? I love my PoweLock but cannot stand the chisel ground/half serrated blade the PowerLock comes with out of the box.
*I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago now and nothing...
*I received an email from a customer service rep 6 days after placing my order.
*I replied to that rep asking when I could expect delivery - I never got a reply.
*I decided to call SOG and that same rep told me that the blade was going to be sent out that very day.
It has now been another week since last communication, no knife, no shipping information, no email from Jose at SOG.
