Replacement parts for Kimura

So just one day after I got my Kimura 3, I've already stripped one of the pivot screws! I know the knife is labeled as Bradley, but since Kershaw makes them, would I be able to request a replacement from Kershaw directly?

Not sure if its an overseas knife? If so, they might not have the parts.

The blade says Made in USA
