I'm mildly considering sending in one of my CABS for new slabs- orange & black G10 to match my incoming CJBJ.
I was wondering if anyone has an opinion about which variation offers the most grip since this will be my go-to skinning blade...and will get slimy.
I have a couple with the standard quilted pattern on black paper.

But I was chatting with knifehunter (and I'm stealing his pic below, hope that's OK.) We see that there is also a ropecut blue/ black G10, and the rest have the machined pattern in the middle.

so if you had you pick of a pattern what would you pick for best grip? I'm not going for aesthetics, I'm going for practicality.
Thanks for your input.
