Replacing lock bar spring

In the spring, I blew up a 110 while trying to drill a lanyard hole. I drilled through the lock bar spring. I contacted Buck Customer Service and while they won’t repair the knife (which I completely understand), they offered to send me a new one at a discount. While that’s tempting and all, I spent some time modding this knife with some heavily checkered grips, which, while ugly, I kind of like. i also spent some time repairing and sharpening the very-beat-up blade, which I think is 425M. Is the knife junked because I drilled through the spacer? I have a second ”beater” 110 I play around with that has about a quarter of the blade missing that I would be fine with cannibalizing if it came down to that. Not my ideal scenario but if that’s what I had to do I could bear it. This doesn’t seem like an undertaking that I should attempt with only basic hand tools and no knife repair skills. Long story short, is there anyone here who can make repair the spring In a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable cost?

You're probably better off attempting to remove your handle scales and swapping them to another 110.
There are 2 brass pins in the rear bolster, you could punch them out, remove the spring holder, and replace that, but what about the hole in the brass you drilled?
It's likely not salvageable. At least not economically.
I have a pile of factory spring holders from swaps and am happy to send you one or 10. But you still have the hole in the brass to contend with.
