replies in WTB

I can't seem to reply to a post in the Exchange.

dwr318 has a post in WTB for a Paragee, his e-mail bounces and BFC says I don't have permission.

I checked,and I can start a new thread if I wanted.

Seems weird that I can start a thread in WTB but not reply to one.

Suggestions?

No that doesn't help.

As I understand it, the Wanted to Buy and the Trade forums are still open to all, even us lowly basic members.

Plus today I wanted to edit a reply I made over in Canadian Connection and got the same stinking message. I am actually surprised I got to reply to this post.

I would just like to know what's going on. I would appreciate a moderator of some kind to contact me. I know Spark is having a personal matter to attend to, but there is a bagfull of other mods around here.
