Reply box toolbar not working?

Is it just me?
The reply box toolbar (bottom of any thread) is not working for me, even as I write this now the symbols are light grey rather than the normal black.
I've tried a few different things including deleting some of my images but as yet it still doesn't work.......

Try this:

ICONS in "REPLY" box are gone

All the icons or features at the top of the box you type in to reply are all gray'd out. The B for bold, I for italics and the pic icon are all gone or grayed out. It won't let me use any of them. I tried logging out and logging back in. I took a screenshot so ya know what I'm talking about.
