Reposting / Relisting Sale Ads?

What does this exactly mean?

REPOSTING / RELISTING: You must wait two (2) weeks (14 days) to relist items for sale after the first time they have been listed.

On other forums, sellers occasionally reply to their thread with BTTT. Is that considered Reposting or Relisting? If the seller wants to reduce the price of an item or add information to the thread before the 14 days, is that Reposting or Relisting?

BTTT does not work on the exchange here so posting it is useless. Threads are sorted by the time they are posted, not by when they are last posted in. There was too many instances of abuse of bumping threads, so it was disabled.

Reposting/relisting is exactly that. Posters may not start a new thread for any item posted for two weeks after the original date of the posting.
If members have price changes or such, these should be edited into the first post of the thread. Resposting new threads for these things is not allowed.
