Not sure if this is the right place to post, but since is in Custom Knives will go for it.

My name is Paul Vandine and I am starting a business called Circle P Knives.

The main purpose is to sell custom knives, but my real focus will be the smaller/newer/lesser known makers. One who may be using eBay/Photopoint to sell their work. Circle P Knives will have a REAL website, not a freebie. It will allow makers to show their work, and sell them in a different environment than eBay/Photopoint.

The catch? I will ask 10% for each knife sold, instaed of 35% which is standard for most online Purveyors.

This is not a scam. If your knives don't sell, I don't get paid.

Paul,

Most online custom knife dealers get between 20 and 25% discount from the makers. This is because we buy the knives not take them on consignment.

I don't know of any custom knife maker that offers a 35% discount. If any of you do, please feel free to contact me.

Paul, I think the appropriate place to put this would be in the dealer section or perhaps the maker section.
