Reprofile ZT 0200 - How hard? Who does?

I am considering getting a ZT 0200 but don't like the recurve. Was wondering how hard it would be to change to a straight edge, with a regular 45 angle (not convex). I have no experience at all with Reprofiling. Was wondering who on here does this and what would it cost?
If I knew how to sharpen a recurve I might be ok with it, but no clue how to do that.
 
Tom Krein does a great job. I'm sure someone will chime in with contact information.
