Reprofiling a large7

I love my 7. But originally I wanted a spear point or something. Couldn't find that type of blade in a 7. How much work would it be or can it even be done by someone with good sharpening skills and a grinder?

What he (above) said. Click the link on his sig line. He repro'd my double edged BM630 back in Aug and I have not had to touch it up since. In fact it has become my dedicated kitchen knife. Richard will amaze you and you won't regret it.
