Reprofiling Tops blade

I have a Tops Mohawk hunter which has a fairly thick edge, and have noted that some of you have reprofiled yours. How do you reprofile yours, using the current grind height, or moving the grind up toward the spine? do you do a flat grind with secondary bevel, or flat all the way to the edge, scandi style, or convex?

If I was going to regrind one of my TOPS knives I would try to keep the grind height the same and just thin out the same area. I'd probably convex the grind though.

When Krien reground mine I told him to do what he thought would work best. He put a high hollow grind on it. I doubt it's as strong as what it was but it sure does cut better.
