Reprofiling

Now that Busse is going the way of "regular" sharpening, who's the trusted expert to reprofiling older Busses that way, beside Busse?

Are you looking for someone to put a sym edge on your asym Busse's?

Can't speak for certain, but I'd imagine that taking an a-symm edge to a symm edge would require a trip to the shop? Looked at some of mine this morning, and I wouldn't have a clue how to do that serious of a reprofiling job.

I did on my SH and will do on BA III soon. Using mousepad+sandpaper. Quite time consuming but nothing impossible. Depends how much do you like sharpening

Yes to Spearhead (asym to sym), yes to Dark N (I thought the same, shop is best), no to doing it myself!
