Repurposed bandsaw blade.

Here is something you can do with two pairs of needle nose pliers, a torch, and old broken bandsaw blades that I find pretty useful. Keeps your blades upright in the forge when you're cycling rather than laying them flat and one side, not getting the heat same as the other.






 
Lol! Not long! you can rebend them as long as they're pretty warm, you kind of pinch them in to hold whatever blade you want to put in there and usually they'll stay on long enough to get the job done, then I'm just knock them off with a pair of thongs. I like the fact that they go in and out with the nice blade, rather than something staying in your forge that you have to constantly fool with getting out of the way or whatever. I'm pretty lackadaisical about stuff like this, I do whatever works/ costs the least in time and trouble.
