Reputation of Website ?

I've ordered from them twice. Delivery was about 7 - 10 days to the MidWest US by Registered Mail. I believe you do need to be home to sign for the package or go pick it up at the post office. No problems of any kind.
 
Cool. I just now ordered a SwissTool Spirit from them because I got tired of waiting for it to be available at swissknifeshop.com. I've never ordered anything outside of the United States so hopefully they will come through for me like they did for you.
 
I have ordered a "classic" from them yesterday for my girlfriend, their prices for SAK are good, even if their prices for swisstools aren't, and as I live in france, it costs me less in shipping from them than from the US. plus, you can ask an engraving and a gift pack for free, what I did.

I asked for an engraving with ascii symbols, they called me by phone 30minutes after I finished ordering, to tell me that symbols couldn't be engraved. they seem to have a really fast customer service!

I'll tell you when I recieve it, how fast it was and how does the gift pack and the engraving look.

I can't comment on their mail delivery service.

But I live not far from their shop, and I visited them.
They have one of the largest selections of SAKs I have ever seen (and I have been living in Switzerland for 27 years)...

They also have a fairly large selection of other knives including some very nice customs, but the prices on american made knives are a little high.

I walked in and I asked them to change the handles of my one handed opening SAK from black to red (to make it a little more she-people friendly) and they did on the spot for the price of the handles. Nice service and nice salesman...

I will go there again, no problem.
 
Thank you all for your replies. It is very reassuring to hear that no one has had any negative dealings with them. If everything goes well then I think it should be arriving here by next Friday.
 
I just got it! Everyone was right they do have excellent service. They answered all my questions via email very quickly and it came nicely packaged and it delivered very quicky considering it came all the way from Switzerland. I am very pleased to say the least. Thank you guys for your responses which helped me make a great choice to buy the SwissTool Spirit from them.
