Request: 5" blade SOG Pentagon

Just got one. the damn thing is huge. One person on the forums called it a 'pocket sword' and the name fits. For use, I find the handle grippable and a nice lightweight that balances welll with the blade. It rides well in a pocket despite its size. The serrations are just small enough to allow for fine detail work without getting in the way. However, just becuse of the size, unless you plan on using it for big jobs, it can be a bit burdensome. I've relegated it to my hiking knife..........it works well on wayward branches, cutting thick ropes, and a quick trenching tool. Besides that, it may provide a great defensive knife. Hope this helps.

Cool knife. I bought mine after seeing it in the movie "Kiss the Girls". Who says advertising doesn't work. ;)

That's all good. I'm seriously thinking of buying one. It looks like it would a make a great "Everything but defrosting frozen pizza" knife.

I have the SOG mini pentagon and man it is BAD. Therefore I can only imagine that the regular pentagon must be even cooler.
