I'm looking to buy these knives, but they're definitely hefty investments and there are no local knife shops with these that I can visit and try them out. So I was wondering if anyone who owns these would be willing to start a passaround with them or whatever. Or, if you're just willing to lend them to me for a week or two, I will pay return shipping and include reimbursement for initial shipping. The knife will be returned in the same condition or better than received.
