Good afternoon -
My main account, brancron (which I've had for over a decade), was banned sometime early last week. When I attempted to log in I received the following message: "You have been banned for the following reason: Hacked account."
I have emailed Spark at the email address shown in my PayPal receipt for my gold membership (last purchased in December 2020), but have not heard back. Spark, if you've just been busy, or if my emails went to spam, I apologize (but I did send emails from two different addresses just to make sure you got them). Perhaps the email address I'm sending to is no longer a good one.
If there's any way a moderator can help me restore my brancron account, it would be greatly appreciated. I've been a proud gold member since 2011, and racked up a positive feedback score of 173. It would be a huge shame to have to start back at square one.
My main email address is the same as my old username, @ gmail.com.
