Ok, lets try this again... using approved terminology.
I'd like to see if anyone has any additional INFORMATION on this Case XX trapper other than what I've been able to scrounge up.
What I've been able to find:
Its a special order Shepard Hills Cutlery exclusive of which supposedly less than 150 were made and sold before hitting the shelves. It has scrolled nickel silver bolsters, nickel silver pins, and mosaic opal scales. Its serialed "54" on the clip point blade and was produced 10/2005.

Is the less than 150 produced accurate? Have yall ever seen one of these before? Would this be true mosaic opal (the mineraloid) or would it be a type of celluloid synthetic material? Is it as rare as it seems? Any additional info would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Pretty sure they are acrylic... Saw one on the auction site a while back. Search for finished auctions to see what it's worth.

Plain bolster knives were limited to 250 pieces according the archived page of the dealer's website from 2005. The number of scrolled pieces aren't mentioned. You could email the dealer for more information.

The distributor would be your best bet for information on this knife, they have a SH Collectors Club - the info Jake posted is probably what their is available. SH issues LOT'S of limited run Case knives, new ones every month, so it would be hard to know how many and all the variations (handle materials, scrolled vs. non-scrolled, etched, etc.) of their many issues. I doubt they would have used celluloid in 2005. Good Luck, OH

Thank you all for your insight! I looked around at past auction descriptions but found no more than I posted. I didn't even think about going to Shepard Hills website, I just researched the W.R.Case website. I'm not a member of Shepard Hills lil knife club so they wouldn't let me see the archive info, but given all the exclusive style knives they have and the option for number/scrolling or plain- the info supratentorial was kind enough to provide makes sense. Thank you guys again for your time! God bless!
