Not exactly what you're looking for, but this one can be adapted for dorsal carry:

Thanks, Tom. The Dundee rig was popularized by Mick Dundee, the main character in the Crocodile Dundee 1 & 2 movies. It's a sheath that goes across the back with the knife handle pointing downwards for ease of drawing the blade. It's also the name Mag Dog Knives uses for their rig of the same name and configuration.
