Request for smoke, please!

I wouldn't usually think of airing my personal stuff on a public forum, but since I am a certifiable Hoggette and you all are my cloven-hoofed kinfolk, I will ask for a moment of your time and your good thoughts.

I had a nasty fall over the 4th of July weekend and my neurosurgeon says I am close to being paralyzed from the damage in my spine, so surgery needs to be done. I have great confidence in him and I know the outcome will be positive, but smoke up and any prayers would be deeply appreciated.

I am going in for surgery very early tomorrow morning (Friday) in Phoenix, and hopefully will be back home over the weekend.

Thanks for listening. My love to all of you I have met and cherished as friends, and to all of you I have yet to meet!

Holy cow, Robin, I can't believe what I am reading. I will definitely send smoke and prayers your way. And one other thing, if there is anything I can do for you, please ask. Tucson and Phoenix aren't that far apart.
