I am unable to upload pictures to the website (of any size) - the website just freezes and does not issue any errors. I have been uploading photos for several years with no problems - this is a new issue that occurred without apparently any changes on my side. Please see that thread for a list of the debugging issues I have done on machines and software on my end.

I understand others are apparently not seeing this occur ..... but I am. Not sure if I am running up against some limit, but I have no indication of that being the case from the dashboards I can see...
