Anyone out there own the new Benchmade 525.

I currently own the 520 and would like to know if the mini version takes away the brutish strength found in the full size version.

I also have a 710HS and 705 (among others) and found both to be perfectly capable knives but the 705 is clearly a much smaller knife in the hand.

Any feedback would help me make a decision on adding a 525 to my extensive BM collection.
 
I love my 525 . Been carring it for a week now. BUILT like a mini tank its just the right size for EDC. Gpknives.com has them for 103.25. I have cut rop, paper, and meny other things with no problems. I think this is the best benchmade yet.

I only own the 525 and the 10300 (red class) so I dont have anything else to compare it to. Locks up like a tank and its very solidly built. I havent cut much with it yet - just opened some kids toys, nothing stressful. I say buy one if your into BM knifes you cant go wrong.

I got a steal on mine. Saw two of them listed on EBAY and I waited till the last 30 seconds with both windows open to get the best price.....gave $63 for mine NIB........cant go wrong for that kind of cash.
