After posting something like this over on the Spyderco board and having no response for several days, I can only conclude that:
A) The knife is a real turkey, or
B) No one has had one long enough to post a review.
I'm sure the astute/objective folks here will be less shy about an opinion.
I'm interested in getting one as a slick little "gent's" knife; one that is well made and of good materials, with a "different" look to it. The Kiwi seemed to fill the bill; the ergonomics LOOK well-thought out, the bone handle and old/high tech mix appeals to me and the VG-10 blade should perform very well for its intended purpose. (I believe the steel was developed for horticultural instruments to take a great edge and make very clean cuts.)
So, with all these positive expectations, has anyone here tried one and, if so, how is it working out. Am I just kidding myself??
