Requested photos of knives i'm making

Some of you fellas requested to see photos of knives that I made. I do not have any complete yet, and hate to show you guys something in the rough, but I figured i'd give ya a sneek peek. D

This is one that i'm working on. It's a mushroom knife, I designed for cutting mushrooms (morels, shaggy manes, puff balls whatever). I hope to have it done by next month (It should be done well before then.) As that is the start of mushroom season for morels here, and i'll give her a field test. It should work good for peeling the bark off walking stick blanks too. I'm not sure what type of sheath it will have yet, most likely a neck carry, but I seen a pocket carry in the gallery that I like, we'll see.

Now I see why Codger is so "FIXED" in his ways . FIXED blades are fun

no problem, it is'nt special , just functional. more "traditional" patterned fixed blades are in the future. I never dreamed grinding, filing, and sanding on steel would be so much fun...hehe
