I think it's what he is wanting to do for you.

Your not able to send PM's, you have to have a paying membership in order to PM other members.

I would tell you to email him through the forums but I don't think OKC rep has his email enabled.

I'll send him a PM and let him know that you are trying to get in contact with him.

You don't have to be a paying member to buy.

To trade you need at least a Basic Membership, also gives you the ability to PM.

To sell you need at least a Gold Membership, also gives you the ability to PM.

I have already sent OKC rep a PM for you letting him know that you are trying to contact him.
