New to bladeforums and was hoping some members might be able to help me out with some information / details about a Patton knife. I recently found a Patton knife at a NC gun show. The seller said it was made by Rob Patton who he said had passed away a year or so ago. Walked away for a while and tried to do a quick search online to see if I could find some information about the knife and whether or not Rob Patton did make the knife or not. Was unable to find any real helpful information. Went back to the seller's table an hour or so later and decided to take a chance on the knife so we haggled on the price and ended up buying it.
Was hoping that someone might be able to look at some pictures and give me some information or details about as to if indeed Rob Patton made the knife or maybe it was made by his dad Dick Patton or if it was made by someone else. For some reason I can't get the pictures added to the posting.
