Hey everyone, I’m looking for a new knife and would love some recommendations. Here are my preferences:

• Titanium folder
• Frame or liner lock
• Bearings (not washers)
• Studs/ hole, AND front flipper
• Sheepsfoot blade
• Blade length under 3.5”
• Simple, clean design (similar to CRK or Ray Laconico)
• Budget: Around $300 (open to secondary market)

Just had my first daughter and thought this would be a great way to celebrate! Appreciate any suggestions.

Why not just get a CRK on the secondary market? You might not be able to do that for $300 though.

If it's to celebrate your daughter I would vote something CRK also with an Insingo blade. You can also look for a knife to match her birthdate.

The Insingo is my all time favorite blade shape, I just want something like a Insingo seb on bearings with a front flipper & studs...ideally.

I don’t use front flippers, but maybe these are interesting.

The Hinderer is a bit more expensive, the Fox/Bastinelli and Demko are in your budget. The Demko is not a flipper but very easy to open.

Well I'm not going to tell you what you should want but I will say a keepsake knife like this doesn't need to be the flavour of the week. This is something you'll own for decades, essentially forever in knife terms these days.

Vero Axon, maybe. Slightly over your budget but checks almost every box. No holes or studs but has spots in the blade for opening. He’s made liner locks and frame locks. You’d have to search the secondary for one, I believe.1728860137532.png

Hinderer has their XM-18 3.5" sheepsfoot blade knives for sale as we speak. It fits your bill perfectly. I own a couple myself.
