Requesting Schrade/camillus tag in the for sale forums

Hello bladeforums boss's- A few months ago we talked about possibly adding a schrade/camillus (or collectors ) tag in the for sale area. I know you guys (spark) have plenty on your plate just wanted to see if it was still possible. I truly believe there would be justifible traffic there. As many of the other schradians and camillusites vouched for having stuff to sell and or trade. thanks for your consideration.- Joel

Just wanted to give some props for Joel on this one, It'd be nice to have an area where there were knives for sale other than tacticals, I don't even visit the members for sale area any more for just that reason. Not my area of interest.

A schrade tag or a schrade forum? The former is possible, the latter is not likely
 
I'm in for a Schrade tag as well! I've got good stuff to trade, and lots to try to find!
 
Hold on, we've already got a forum, which is former and latter, man am I confused now:confused::confused:
 
Bumping this for spark to take another look at, its been a popular topic for some time now and We all believe it would be a great hit. As we sometimes struggle in the current for sale area with all the tactical stuff scaring some of the traditional guys ( schrade/camillus) off and not wanting to even go over there. If for some reason it is a failure I would assume complete responsibility and change my name to idiot or jerk or somthing like that. We have well over the 50 votes saying they are willing to participate. Spark I Know you are a busy man but if your considering it will you give us a possible date we are shooting for So we can keep hope alive??? - Joel
 
Joel, this is a fine idea; thanks for the initiative. i too have some Schrades to sell and maybe buy. my suggestion is that it be Schrade USA(up to 2004) and Camillus, and close relatives like Ulster, Kingston and probably Imperial.
Spark, from lots of time on ebay, i can say that there is a lot of interest in these knives and much of the bidding is from forum members. i bet the Schradeaholics now outnumber the Buckaroos. and besides i want to get some of Charlie's knives.

Spark can you give us some idea on this Tag?

Sure are several Schradaholics interested in this( including myself) AND I believe it will draw even more interest ounce we Get R Done!!!???
