Rescue glass cutting Knife with non spring loaded glass breaker recommendation

I am considering the victorinox rescue tool or the spyderco Assist. Are there any other recommendations? I already have a benchamde houdini but I am looking for something with a glass saw blade. Would the spyderco assist spyderedge be able to cut through laminated glass like windshields? Thanks.

I haven't seen anything better for the application, but perhaps a SAS member will chime in.
