rescue knife sheath

Hi guys, im back again! Well i recently acquired a spyderco atlantic salt which is my go to rescue knife while I'm anywhere near the water. Its always on me when I'm kayaking boating fishing or diving. Here's my problem though. Im in need of a neck sheath for it that's secure but im having trouble with my credit card right now so im unable to purchase anything online. What can i use to make a secure neck sheath that will hold up for the time being? Im also open to any other very quick access methods of carrying but as of now i just want our around my neck.
