Hi guys,
I'm doing a paper for my Business Design Class at the Rotman School of Management on innovative companies and decided to do it on SPYDERCO for various reasons:
1.- I'm a fan
2.- Spyderco is in my opinion a very user centric company
3.- It is a success story
4.- Did I say I'm a fan???
This is what I need from you guys.
I am trying to understand how Spyderco Works.
How they interact/ understand their customers (us spydiefiles)
Use of Imagination and abductive reasoning to change or affect the market
Prototyping
Co-creation
Experimentation
Also, is there some link/place where I can find info on Spyderco sales, patents, number of models, supply chain, etc? Is there a timeline of the history of Spyderco?
Is there a Spyderco Official I could talk to?
You can either contact me through here, on the Spyderco forums (same user name) or email me to my official email account: alejandro.macareno11@rotman.utoronto.ca
Cheers,
Alejandro
