So, last night I was trying to turn an old broken piece of shovel handle into a vampire killing stake. (as a costume prop for my son) I tried a couple of my other knives, but none of my POS ones where up to the job. They bit to deep or hardly at all. I finally said screw this and grabbed my trusty resilience. Lo and behold it went snicker-snack and the job was done like the Jabberwocky. It took about 3 minutes and I had a vampire sticker to make Buffy proud. After that I spent a WHOLE minute with my work sharp field sharpener and it was hair popping sharp again.
