Resizing Pictures

I need some help with resizing pics from my digital camera. I recently had my hard drive wiped out, so whatever program I was using (couldn't even tell you what it was) is gone. I know a lot of you are pretty computer smart. Is there something I can download that will allow me to just resize pictures? I can't get them small enough to post on here anymore. I don't need to do anything fancy, just make the files smaller. Thanks for the help.

humm?? Thats a tough one. Try doing a search online for free photo editing software. There is someone here at work that may know but he is out today so I cant ask him but I will Monday.
 
I think you can get a 90-day version of Paint Shop Pro for free. PSP is a great program, worth the $90 or whatever they charge for it nowadays. I used it for many versions until I got a Mac and switched to PS Elements (also about $90 and has a version for M$).
