Resolved - Problem with Gold Renewal - Thanks

Hi admin team, had to renew Gold Membership, paid via PP on the 03/28/14 - 9SP2432714640674G, but no joy as yet, still showing the blue color.
No Avatar (but shows "Gold Member" under name (name in blue though)), have followed the links as per Q&A but still no option in
"Permission Groups" to change status but reads instead
"There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join."

Have emailed via "Contact Us" but no reply as yet.
Please check it out for me

I am still in need of support, no change to my status as per above as yet nor any replies to my eMails.

Only change is that after I posted this thread on the 04/04/14 the line "Gold Member" under my name (as mentioned above and already in blue) changed to "Registered User".

Also I don't find the "Group Permissions" tab that allows the change to Gold Member under "Settings" but under "My Profile" (tabs top right on page).
Is there another "Group Permissions" in "Settings" that I haven't found as yet?

I have sent another eMail yesterday via reply to original BF correspondence as well as BF's PayPal address, but still no reply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
